| Madi Ventura owes a plant located in Chieve (CR), Lombardia region, specialized into the roasting of peanuts and pistachios and packing of all kinds of dried fruit and nuts in shell and shelled.
This plant, recently built, covers an area of 4000 square meters inclusive of a refrigerated area.
Upon arrival of the raw materials an internal laboratory performs accurate tests and checks the compliance to our specifications.
A wide area of selection is utilized for visual checks of all raw materials before conveying them to production lines.
The roasting of peanuts and pistachios is made from two independent lines controlled from a computerized system which drives the product along all the process in order to safeguard integrity and fragrance.
Total capacity of the plant is about 2,7 tons per hour of roasted nuts (corresponding to about 3 tons/h of raw nuts).
The plant is equipped with thirteen automatic packing lines which make pillow bags, stabilo bags, jars and cups with peelable top.
Packing machines are equipped with multiple scales,
metal detectors and dynamic weight checks placed at the end of the lines in order to get an absolute precision.
